Once an order has been prepared and scheduled for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. Since deliveries run Monday to Saturday, you’ll generally have until the end of your order day to request a cancellation. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days.
Subscriptions
If you cancel a discounted subscription early, you may be charged the standard one-time price (plus standard delivery fees) for deliveries already completed under the discounted rate. Wherever possible, we recommend pausing or transferring your subscription instead of cancelling — contact us to arrange either option.
Product Notes
Fresh Pet Grass is a 100% natural, living product. As such, minor variation in appearance, occasional harmless insects in the soil, and natural wear over the product’s 1–2 week lifespan are expected and are not considered defects.
